SHIPPING & RETURNS:
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.
The availability of products are displayed on the page from real-time systems. Hence, you may order items according to their availability. In exceptional cases, if any error in this information occurs, then we shall inform you the same and make necessary arrangements.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 days) we will submit the order for shipment. Else we reach out to the suppliers to confirm it is in stock and this would be notified with an order status ‘Processed’ in the order page in your registered account.
If your order is in stock, it will ship approximately within the time frame mentioned in the item(s) page from the date of your order.
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information and the courier services’ website details and expected date of delivery within 24-hours of the order leaving our warehouse to the e-mail address you have provided on check-out. If you do not receive tracking information within the time frame mentioned on item(s) page, please contact us on the contact information provided.
All orders are send to the billing address. In case you would like the orders to be shipped to a different address, please mention that as shipping address in the registered account.
For shipping, please provide your full street address with pin code as courier services do not deliver to the Post Office box address.
For International orders, address mentioned in PayPal processing would be used for shipping the orders.
We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like Blue Dart, DTDC or Professional Couriers for domestic orders and they deliver within 2 to 7 days in all major cities of India.
For International orders, we ship by DHL courier services.
Please choose a shipping method which has better service and reach in your area.
All products are shipped from India.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipment method selected.
Please note if you have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying time availability and/or remote shipping locations.
Often products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety during transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
An invoice of the order would be send along with the order.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you want to cancel the order, you can do so provided it has not yet been processed (‘Processed’ order status) or shipped. If the item(s) you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will only be issued to the debit/credit card used when placing the order.
We are not responsible for any damage during transit of item(s) without insurance by the shipment method of your choice.
Any functionality defects within the warranty period can be informed to Vag Tune. But Vag Tune has the sole right to decide whether the item(s) has to be replaced or not.
If in any case the buyer wants the defect to be rectified, he/she will have to bear the to/fro courier charges.
Please ensure you have chosen the correct products. The selection of correct products by the customer remains is his/her responsibility and any incorrect item(s) selected will not be exchanged/refunded.
